personally I always went for squirtle, I think mostly because I had pokemon blue lol

I did Squirtle for Blue and Charmander for Red. Sorry Bulbasaur

I did the same thing until I caught Missingno in Blue and it erased my Lv100 Blastoise and then did a run with Bulbasaur.

As a kid I loved Squirtle/water Pokémon the most but as an adult I recognize now that Bulbasaur is the best choice (Venusaur is an amazing Pokémon!)
