Probably, horrible people seem to be getting their own shows on there.

This. Wouldn't be surprised if she got a book deal out of it too but hopefully Disney's monopoly power and alarming level of influence will stop people from working with her. Oh and Shonda has Netflix! So there's that

These are a lot of words just to say she's a pathological liar

Well yeah, but pathological lying is a chronic mental disorder, just like addiction.

Ya, it definitely doesn't just read as pathological liar, there has to be a serious mental disorder involved

Yes, and it's selfishness and attention-seeking behavior. She mentally abused her wife as well. Some people are just...awful human beings. We need to stop the narrative that only mentally ill people do heinous things.

Shonda hasn't personally had anything to do with Grey's since around the time Sandra Oh left. So like almost (or over?) A decade.

For the most part (like how the writers room was run) this is on Krista.

I genuinely wonder how much she knew about the day to day stuff because I doubt it was a lot

I'm not sure how to process all my feelings on this. It's a lot. I will say that I hope she is getting the extensive therapy and help she needs.

Considering that she used therapy to learn to better abuse people and used it to abuse her wife indicates that she is likely not.

Yuuuuuuup. I have friends who believe that they would not be alive without therapy and so I would never want to take that away from them because I like these people and I want them to be alive ( ... )

As someone who has been in therapy for 20 years and active within lots of mental health communities and formal therapy groups, this is 100% on point. When someone abusive comes into therapy, there is a small percentage likelihood the abuse will be addressed (although probably presented in some partial-truths) and much smaller they are willing and ready to put in the work to change those behavioral patterns, although it does happen. Especially when people are in therapy, as many abusers are, as some kind of deal or negotiation or from the court, and they don't really want to be in therapy ( ... )
