S1 was pretty fun, though you might want to skim a wiki before you watch it, because they don't really explain the worldbuilding that well, IMO.

S2 is remarkable purely because I hate Jaskier but he had a few scenes with Yennefer I actually enjoyed. I only watch for Yennefer and Fringella and their most interesting scenes are probably up on Youtube so you don't need to bother watching the whole season if you find yourself liking them. I remember absolutely nothing about what Geralt or Ciri did in S2.
