-The family of Axel Acosta, a 21-year-old who died during the Astroworld Festival in 2021, reached a settlement against Houston rapper Travis Scott, Live Nation and others in connection with the tragedy that resulted in 10 deaths and hundreds of injuries at NRG Park. -The family of 16 year old Brianna Rodriguez also settled.

-No word on future safety precautions from Live Nation, which has been in the
spotlight for many years for its history of safety violations.
