I haven’t watched this show since Roanoke. Did it maintain its footing at all?

I thought 1984 was good.

Oh cute. I remember I think that Roanoke was the first season they weren’t writing as the damn show was airing and it was entertaining and cohesive to me due to that. Maybe I’ll catch up soon.

1984 was horrible but someone argued that it was intentional 80s acting so I accepted it.

I'm really hoping that it's done justice because there are so many things in late 70s/early 80s to mine; disco, Son Of Sam, the NYC Blackout, Punk Rock and the beginnings of New Wave on the Lower East Side, art, etc.
