The thing that really pisses me off is that cities will institute fines, but fines mean NOTHING to the super wealthy. They'll just see the fines as a cost of doing business, you know?

FUCK THEMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

We’re experiencing a drought in my country and if they catch you watering your lawn they turn off your water! It’s drastic but it works.

It's exactly why they should have just had their water use limited, to the 80 gallons per day per person recommended by the state, from the very beginning.
