I don't remember Kiki saying that, lol. I have some nostalgia for the Raimi SM movies, but the female characters in that trilogy aren't exactly well written, lol

i'm not sure how she wouldn't know?? lol please the backlash against zendaya was so bad that even stan lee had to make a statement about it

She herself has said that she never watched a MCU movie other than the first Captain America. Including NWH, which she said she will wait to watch her kids. I doubt that she even know who was in Hoco, much less that there was a internet backlash about it.
Plus, that has literally nothing to do with her comments, since they are obviously about the IP being remade and 0% to do with the actors, like… you can find it salty, but you can’t put more meaning into something where there isn’t.

Yeah idk anything about Dunst beyond the movies I've seen her in, but I personally wouldn't really expect any Hollywood star to be keeping up with online stan drama for a franchise they're no longer a part of lol. I doubt she had any clue about all of that. Only very online people and people directly affiliated with the film would be keeping up with the message boards.

I rewatched them recently and I was dying how she's kidnapped and screaming her lungs out in every movie 😭 Sometimes twice in the same one!

That being said, she was great as MJ regardless.

She had to be rescued six times in 3 movies. 3 in the first one. She’s a good actress Raimi MJ is an awful character and I will *die* on this hill.
