Beyonce and Drake don't actually bother me cause neither said they were latino or implied it. Ariana is the only one who was playing around with it even she would say she was Italian.

I think she's more guilty with the blackfishing and asianfishing.

Beyonce actually said she wished she had been born latina and was pushing all kinds of Spanish tracks; it was full-on fetishisation.

And when it didn't pan out, she made a shift towards her creole background, then Texas and, nowadays, the whole continent of Africa.

I don't mind when celebs start marketing to the latin markets. Compared to other artists she wasn't as insidious.

"And when it didn't pan out, she made a shift towards her creole background, then Texas and, nowadays, the whole continent of Africa."

loooool this is true though! She was looking for more markets!! and she's been dragged for this lol!

Rihanna being ridiculously pretty with a bratty personality is dream personality/avatar for a lot of people.

All the celebs in the post have been called out and dragged but Rihanna is the only one who no one wants to touch and prefer to have it buried.

I almost didn't recognize Rihanna. At first quick glance, I thought that was Teyanna Taylor.

Gwen Stefani got away with building a career out of cultural appropriation and I feel like landing Blake Shelton as a life partner is the universe trying to dish out some sort of karmic pay back.

When Lana first came out I thought she was Spaniard cause of the name.

Some people who don't know better take stage names like that because they think they have an exotic American lounge lizard quality.
