Kim Kardashian decided to erase any and all goodwill she had fostered by finally passing the baby bar after 3 years, and do an interview with Bari Weiss, Queen of Self-Victimization. It's... exactly what you would expect.

Highlights:

The whole "I'm socially liberal but fiscally conservative" schtick is such BS because you can't truly be socially liberal if you're fiscally conservative.

I’ve tried to explain this to so many people but they just don’t get it. It’s not a thing!

Right? The two don’t go together. Just say you don’t care what anyone does as long as you don’t have to contribute to pay for it and therefore you’re a selfish arsehole and call it a day.

I had a white female government teacher in high school and the last day of class she told us her political beliefs. She was socially liberally. but fiscally conservative and thought the government shouldn't mess with anyone's money. Also, she was against affirmative action. I remember rolling my eyes in my head because she probably got her job because of AA. Plus, most of my classmates thought she was an awful teacher.

It essentially says I dont think the poor are a social class nor should they have rights.

It's gross and shows how much misunderstanding around how investing in social programs save money in the long term (which shouldn't be the point but is what these people try to claim).

It's an oxymoron. They don't wanna recognize they don't give a damn about everyone else so they came up with that catchphrase.

I feel like what they’re really saying is, “I like the idea of progressiveness but I don’t want to pay for it.”

there's a tweet i always think of but can NEVER FIND when this subject comes up, and it essentially boils down to -- "i don't want gay homeless people to die because they're gay, just because they're homeless!"
