So fucking unacceptable. I've been on sets and there were so many verbal confirmations and hand offs of any weapons that there were no live rounds.

Somehow this keeps getting worse. We all keep thinking of Brandon Lee for obvious reasons but this also reminds me of the woman who was killed by the train. I think we're about to see a similar trial for whoever fucked up this badly.
