They knew better, thankfully. Plus Flav had already bitten into Pumkin's chicken and found it was raw in the middle so he was definitely more cautious going forward haha

Well, Golden Corral Corp. v. Lenart, 127 N.E.3d 1205 ruled in the favor of Lenart after she was served raw chicken wings and became ill, but that case was in Indiana, which is not Flava Flav's jurisdiction.

California allows for emotional distress damages, so you could take her for all fake lashes she owns if you could prove you a victim of her wrongful acts and really, what judge would side with her???
