At the time, it felt like Tom Hardy was the only one who didn't understand the assignment but looking back now, it's everyone else who didn't get it. Him with Venom were the best scenes.

The first hour of the film almost seemed like it didn’t I ow what it wanted to be but for me personally the minute venom shows up is the movie picks up.

it’s incredibly campy which is not a vibe that most superhero movies go for these days… tom hardy was serving us the nomi malone of comic book movie performances lol

it was really bad and i hate that im going to see the second one this weekend but it was the only movie that let me lure my friend I haven’t seen in two years into the cinema because she loves tom hardy 🥴
