I think I’ve been spoiled by the YT video coverage on it and podcasts like Swindled and Scam Goddess, both of which handled it fantastically but in different tones.

The first half is very lighthearted and like VH1’s I Love the series but the jokes fall flat since they are talking about tons of people getting hurt on incredibly dangerous “rides” and drunk teenagers running the park each summer. There is then a huge tonal shift towards discussing the deaths that occurred at the park and financial issues which led to them being closed.

tbh i thought it was worth the watch. it's not like the best doc ever, but its a wild story/situation, and entertaining people talk about it.
