All the rapes. That's all I think of whenever I think about this, and being grateful I decided at the last minute to not go. Those women went through some horrifying shit during this nightmare festival from hell.

i think this was the festival that made me despise RHCP. i'm pretty sure they were interviewed about this and it made me realize they were all pretty rapey and vile.

I think I’ve been spoiled by the YT video coverage on it and podcasts like Swindled and Scam Goddess, both of which handled it fantastically but in different tones.

The first half is very lighthearted and like VH1’s I Love the series but the jokes fall flat since they are talking about tons of people getting hurt on incredibly dangerous “rides” and drunk teenagers running the park each summer. There is then a huge tonal shift towards discussing the deaths that occurred at the park and financial issues which led to them being closed.
