He was TERRIBLE. I helped run a parenting conference in Chicago in 2006 and he was the keynote speaker. It was mostly low income Black mothers in the audience and he was just such an asshole. I don't remember a lot of the exact content but I just kept thinking "was his objective to make them feel like shit parents?" Lots of "Black parents aren't doing it right" kind of rhetoric. It was really depressing.
