Over the past year, the #JusticeLeague actor has assailed #JossWhedon & Warners leadership for what he calls racist and inappropriate conduct while filming. Now he finally opens up: “I don’t believe some of these people are fit for positions of leadership” https://t.co/rqSDKnALIG

also, The Never reviews are out, are meh to bad, and HBO is really trying to hide Whedon's involvement

HBO's #TheNevers should have been Joss Whedon's triumphant return to television. Instead, it's very messy, for both creative reasons and an accumulation of real-world allegations against its creator. My review: https://t.co/ywV8ECYpUk pic.twitter.com/QvDgTQNUgP

A recent HBO press release about the show runs through nearly 600 words, and the mention of 19 other people involved, before Whedon’s name appears, and only in the context of having written and directed the premiere. (He also directed two more out of the initial batch of six episodes.)

Joss' name turned me off this show from the start because he hasn't grown as an author or showrunner AT ALL. He's still using the exact same shit from 1997

That's very clearly his whole thing. He was crowned the king of feminism in the 90s and has not evolved one bit since.

Giving big "We're ashamed of our racist uncle but we won't stop inviting him to cook-outs" energy.

IDK who HBO thinks they're fooling. Multiple reviews by critics familiar with his work said the plot is 100% Whedon doing Whedon things with Whedon tropes.
