I think this is the first negative thing I've ever seen about the first movie. lol

I love the first film (especially from a disability perspective). Interested to see how they can continue the narrative and integrate the flashback bits in a meaningful way.

Many times I want to see character's stories continue, but I felt this movie was perfect as a standalone film.

Yeah, I agree tbh. I guess this one will be about them fighting the monsters but I kind of assumed after the first that's what they would do. Not sure a sequel is needed.
