March 5, 2021 Paramount has decided we've waited long enough and is dropping A Quiet Place Part II a few months earlier than planned. The film will now be released on May 28 (the same date Fast 9 previously held), before debutting on Paramount+ on July 12.
Paramount is also taking Mark Wahlberg's Infinite, which was scheduled for MD Weekend, to September 24.
AQP2 had its premiere almost a year ago and was one of the first films to be postponed when the pandemic hit.
