Wikipedia is also sometimes really weirdly picky about what they do and don't allow on there; or, at least, some editors are, and will immediately delete anything that falls into the personal category. I've tried editing pages before to add just a line of like, "X has been in a relationship with Y since whenever" and sourced it and everything and five minutes later they're like, nOPE! NOT TODAY! and immediately change it back because they don't think it's relevant.
