We had 2300 cases in ontario. My ophthalmologist today was telling me that so many people are in the icu, they need to rethink doing elective surgeries. Fuck kevin hart and his tiny dopey ass. He should be sent back to the US

I imagine he will probably say that the tattoo artist wasn't wearing one and told him he didn't have to. That doesn't make it okay but I've seen my fair share of hair stylists on Instagram make their stories of them giving haircuts and stuff and neither of them are wearing masks at all because ~it was decided~ that it's fine to not wear one.
