Kevin Hart Breaks Lockdown, Doesn't Wear a Mask While Getting a Tattoo

Kevin Hart went to Instagram on Wednesday, December 16 to post a photo of himself getting tattooed by Scoot Mason, a popular (???) tattoo artist in Toronto.
The problem? Neither Scoot nor Kevin were wearing a mask. The other problem? Toronto is currently in lockdown, and has been since November 23. All tattoo shops have been ordered closed since then. Anyone working indoors is supposed to be wearing a mask, and socially distanced.
There have been a few comments on both Kevin and Scoot's Instagram accounts, addressing the fact the fact they're not wearing a mask, but they haven't responded yet.
Hart is currently in Toronto filming...The Man from Toronto.
