So apparently the touching husband-wife reunion, handwritten note and all, DIDN'T happen in front of the family castle, but in the West family home in Wiltshire, England (much less picturesque, but also, how many houses do they have?).
Tabloids are now reporting that Dominic West, wife Catherine Fitzgerald and their four kids have packed up and flown to Ireland, to spend some time together holed up in their castle (now we're talking) during the half-term break, taking the kids away from the spotlight (and, conveniently, taking West away from his good female friend with whom he's so affectionate).
This has of course nothing to do with working on their marriage, which is, as we know, very strong.
