I adore Maisie, but I fucking hate her hair lately. It's even worse now, it's a dirty blonde mullet for fuck's sake. And that caption is bs. She ain't doing shit. She spent all of her GOT capital on her POS boyfriend. Red flags galore with him left and right. All she's done since the show ended has come and gone. She's so talented, charming and charismatic and I feel like she just threw all her cachet away. Ugh.

He's just a user. If you've been paying attention (and her die-hard fans have been), he came into her life when she was getting out of a dark period and it really seemed like he took advantage of her vulnerable state. Since she's been with him, she's basically promoted him left and right, all of his different projects, "businesses," ideas, etc. He photographed on one of her magazine covers ("Wonderland") and the photos were so not good. She's clearly gotten her PR team to do puff pieces for him left and right. She's also dropped a bunch of people (including long time hair, make-up, stylists, friends, projects -- like Daisie--the app she helped to start up with a long-time friend Dom, coincidentally where her bf was working when she met him, what a coincident... not!) since getting with him

I agree that moving to Paris sounds like a bad move (for an English actress). If I was her I'd stick to Brit productions for a while and build up a career there for a bit. However, that high fashion stuff can actually help her career as an actress. Being seen out and about on the red carpet in fashionable clothes & scoring brand endorsements really helps actresses incomes, and thus affords more freedom to take lower paying, but more interesting indie projects.

I hope her man isn't like that, but IDk, she's young, and I imagine she'll eventually get tired of footing the bill for his whims after a while if that is the case.

The thing is she doesn't have to live in Paris to do high fashion stuff. She was already a fashion darling even before him, and she was already going to fashion weeks, and such. Paris and such is so just for him. Now, she's spouting stuff about learning French so she can be speak French in movies, and I'm like 'Maisie, uhm, ok."

I keep waiting to hear the news that she's woken up and dumped his using ass. She's young, hopefully she figures it out soon.
