Unfortunately, Bill being bffs with pedophiles only gets traction with leftists and tinfoil hat conservatives. Liberals admitting he sucks would mean a deeper analysis of all of their heroes that they don't want to do.
concession is totally optional and is really just a courtesy that a candidate does when it's clear that they lost so that people can move on from the election
if trump were to lose the election, on january 20 biden would get inaugurated whether trump concedes or not. then at that point biden's the commander in chief and chief executive, trump would just be another citizen who can get ejected from the white house for trespassing.
