concession is totally optional and is really just a courtesy that a candidate does when it's clear that they lost so that people can move on from the election
if trump were to lose the election, on january 20 biden would get inaugurated whether trump concedes or not. then at that point biden's the commander in chief and chief executive, trump would just be another citizen who can get ejected from the white house for trespassing.
Conceding had no bearing on the actual outcome vote-wise. The media has created a ridiculous narrative where if he doesn't give a speech where he concedes it somehow invalidates the results.
