We need that SotL S4 with Clarice asap. This show was too good for network tv and NBC out of all them lol Also reading people's comments here in the Hannibal posts I'm in the minority here, but I loved s3 🤷‍♂️

honestly, i think the fandom is 50/50 on s3, idk now after 5 years but back in the day there was no huge amount of people hating it or loving it

I thought the first half meandered a bit, but the second half was fantastic to me.

I thought they can't use Clarice because they don't have the rights to use her?

yep, another studio have the rights and they want to make a tv show of the book before they lose the rights.

The irony being, they own the rights to Clarice... but not Hannibal

i just finished binging the series and i loved the first half of s3, but the second half felt super rushed and, tonally, almost like a different show. it was jarring

I liked the first half of season 3 more as well, although I’ve notice that most viewers seem to prefer the Red Dragon storyline. Idk I thought it was fine, but it also felt uninspired to me in a way after how much the show had previously twisted canon and done their own thing, and then suddenly there’s almost a straight retelling of what they already did in the movie ( ... )
