My HOA is always on my ass about it. I like to leave white fairy lights up on my balcony and we had some passive aggressive back and forths this year. They had to send me multiple different articles (none of which I violated) before I finally took them down, like a month ago. Now they’re going back up lol.

They’ve also harassed me about lights inside my house. I got a photo of my house w a blind up and my tree visible once. Fucking creepy. My theory is the same neighbor that was taking photos of the trash area because she didn’t like that ppl leave furniture there is the one complaining about lights lol. It’s so obvious the director president dude doesn’t give a fuck.

I straight up could not live in a HOA because I grew up kind of white trash and I just know I'd have to start getting in people's faces.
