Gwyneth Paltrow held another one of her expensive "wellness summits" in London recently.

The cost to attend was $5,700. But now, Page Six reports that attendees are "revolting" over the weekend

So many social media people host retreats now and they charge so much for someone to like, stay in a tent in a yard for a week. They also aren't qualified to be doing what they're doing.

Theres a lady named Myleik who does retreats, they are expensive but from viewing the videos they look worth it. She picks a luxe location in Mexico and they do day trips and such. It's a girlfriend vacation/business seminar style retreat and I seriously contemplated going. The location and activities seem worth the $5k tag and it's for a week. I dont have $5k but if I did that's the only one I would go to.
Edit: I realize it seems like I'm promoting her retreat lol. I just meant to say that there are a handful that truly seem worth it even without interacting with the host.

lol I didn't take it that way, I know what you mean, there's this pro surfer who now lives in Costa Rice and hosts these women yoga and surf retreats and I was considering it, the prices weren't as bad as I've seen some influencers charge and she actually has the knowledge/experience to back it up.
