I would love some chill Wakanda movies or a well made show... I just wanna be in that world and follow the women’s stories and watch Daniel Kaluuya take care of the rhinos, see how they tend that cyber flower garden etc

right?! the worldbuilding was so good it didn't even feel like a marvel movie, it felt like its own thing. i would love a netflix season just on wakandan city life, on dora milaje training camps, on shuri chilling in the lab inventing shit ... i love all of it.

i'm still not over the women of black panther. i think about them everyday and everything else about the movie and how awesome it is. i need more.

i really hope that they can continue the momentum of representation into their future films. i really hope captain marvel delivers. the studio should be paying attention. wonder woman was a female led movie and it opened huge and was received well by audiences and critics. black panther was a poc led movie and it opened huge and was received well by audiences and critics. audiences want these kinds of movies, and they will show up.

And don’t forget Spider Man Homecoming. It had like 90% of PoC and WoC too and it also made a lot of money and people loved it!

Spider Man himself should have been black tho lol

Ook!! I'm so glad I read this comment because I've been hearing a lot about black panther (obviously) which is great, but I usually can't get into male action movies...of any kinda really... so I kind of disregarded this movie. But if the women characters are awesome, I'm now interested!

I'm so bored with the idea of a Black Widow movie

Give us a Dora Milaje movie, a She-Hulk movie, a Kamala Khan movie, a female X-men movie, etc.

A Black Widow movie is like 5 years too late. Who cares now?
