HOLY GUACAMOLE BATMAN!!!
So already 2 others have posted the North Korea detonation in my friends list. Tonight while trying myself to determine possible yield of the blast from the seismic records (3.58-4.2 on the Richter Scale), I found out some REALLY INTERESTING things I had NO idea about.
1. Trinity - The 1st Atomic Bomb I had believed to be the ONLY atomic 'shot' in New Mexico. So far I have uncovered Project Gnome outside of Carlsbad and Project Gasbuggy near Farmington. HOLY SHIT! These were 3 kiloton and 29 kiloton subterranean 'shots' respectively.
2. These two 'shots' HAD Wikipedia entries but have been deleted...by whom and why I wonder?
3. Detonations in the US have occured in not only New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah - All well known detonation points. But also 5 in Colorado, A couple in Alaska, and at least one in Mississippi!
And to those of us who think the US is sitting on its hands over Iran, check out 'DIVINE STRAKE'.
Its a 700 ton bomb styled after Ryder truck used in the Oklahoma City Bombing thats been delayed by the Shosone tribe over fallout fears but is all but a done deal...Wiki had some interesting links to legit and scarely detailed intended uses and testing issues.
Japan is kissing ass in Asia with all of its former WWII victims, probably in lead up to amending its constitution to allow a full military and 'weapons' development and the most promienant Russian Journalist alive in Russia, who graphically documented Putin's war on Chechnya, was assassinated in her Moscow apartment elevator - All this in the last 48 hours. Times they are a gettin' interesting for sure!
