First post in YEARS
I ran away from live journal years ago... for some very good reasons. But I feel safer now. Hear goes: Carolyn is here with 7+ months of baby standing behind her! That's the main reason I wanted to go back to LJ. Carolyn stays for a few more days. John and I will fly out in middle/late July to see the new grand daughter. Yes, I am agog at the whole thing. We just finished what was probably the hardest semester in over 20 years of teaching. Between politics and just too much work, I find myself pretty tired, but also hyper aware that summer school starts next Tuesday. I did quit one job (online) for fall, so perhaps some of the stress is going to abate. John is doing the usual spectacular Summer Children's Theater in July. The baby. John's son is getting married - adding two step-grandkids to the equation. That's in August.
