One more year
So....let's see here.
Last Saturday I had dance. It was decent. Lindsey talked about next year. It's gonna be pretty different. She will only be teaching like two days/week b/c of the baby, and I will be able to take like 4 ballet classes and 2 modern. Should be interesting. Didn't do much else that day....homework/instruments/chores.
Sunday I had to go to up to the studio for a rehearsal for the second half of the show. We did it upstairs in the pilates studio, on carpet, so it was pretty interesting tapping. The run through went alright. Picked up some pizza hut and Kelly and Katie came over for a calc review. It was pretty fun. Those two crack me up. We didn't get too much, studying done, but what are ya gonna do?
Monday...nothing really happened. We got out pictures from Prom. They look awesome. I stayed after to finish my final for chorus, and she said she wants to enter this piece I composed in to this national "Young Composers" competition, or something. That was exciting. I think I am gonna call it "Calm Before the Storm." It is like 2.5 minutes look. I really like it. Had my solo at Brockport at 6:30...I got a 94. Boo. I was so disappointed. It was my last shot at area all state. Oh well. I went to dance for like 2 minutes b/c I had to rehearse the drama scene they asked me to do. I am so nervous about it b/c on of the girls has no clue and doesn't get in to it whatsoever. So....hopefully she comes around.
Tuesday was the last day of jazz band! lol We had the first day of the calc final. I think I did ok. Not really sure. Signed yearbooks in chorus. I got info for the Italy trip! I am so excited...Milan, Florence, Venice, Rome, Naples, SOrrento, Capri, and Pompeii! 10 months!!! Dance was ok.
Wednesday i had the rest of the calc final. Had to stay after in chem to finish the in-class regents. I only went to dance to assist. Band concert went ok. I screwed up my solo in jazz band b/c it was my first time playing it. I got the service award, so that's cool.
Thursday I had a study hall in Calc b/c all the seniors went on their trip. We had elections in chorus. Sadly, she wouldn't let ppl in 313 run. And I asked her about it, b/c I have been an officer every year since 7th grade, and convinced her to let me run for VP, and I got it. But I got a bunch of crap for it, so that put me in a bad mood. Lost in Yonkers final in English. Dance was ok. SO You Think You Can Dance? was great!
Today pretty much sucked. Well, we had our class meeting, and I got President again. So that's cool...Colleen is VP, Brittany is Sec, and Meg is treasurer. Then Mrs. Warren flipped out on us, saying that ppl copied the entire take home regents off the internet. Sadly, I was one of the ppl to look up the answers I didn't know, which were like 7. So I went up and talked to her, and she told me how i had no integrity and it looked like I was cheating and told me my grades have not been that high all year and all this other crap and that she couldn't even talk to me she was so mad. SO, I don't know what's gonna happen. I am so glad I am done w/ that class in a few days. I have never hated a class so much in my life. The rest of the day was ok until lab when I felt like throwing up the whole time. I came home and took like a 3 hour nap.
Well...doing some work on the car tomorrow, homework, and blocking rehearsal all day on Sunday.
