Driving to work
I just calculated my monthly gas expenses for driving (1040mi/month)
RSX Type-S (current car) = ~29mpg = $115 (premium fuel)
Old Honda Insight = ~65mpg = $48 (regular)
Aptera Type-E (electric) = ~300mpg = $5.2 (wall plug power)
Needless to say I'm pretty interested in the Aptera... it also has a 100mi range which isn't bad for an electric. Next year they're supposedly going to have a hybrid model as well.
