Tired
I didn't get to bed until 3:00AM and I am feeling the effects right now. I have a terrible headache. I actually had a lot of energy last night trying to get everything done for today, but lack of sleep always catches up with me. I was really bad also - I just had pie and ice cream for breakfast. It was the most convenient thing availabe.
I've been making phone calls with RE counter-offers and trying to get a pay-off from the bank. Thankfully, I finally got a person who was willing to help me. I'm going to hang on to her telephone number and fax number -- I might need it again some time.
I ran out to my car to get some papers a few minutes ago. It is wonderful outside. The temperature is mild, a nice breeze, and no humidity. I would like to be sitting beside a pool right now getting a little tan. I usually have a decent one by now, but I don't have a pool where I presently live.
I have lots of personal paperwork to do in the next two weeks, but maybe my sister and I can take her grandchildren swimming at Houston Woods or something.
I made a reservation to fly to Florida for Labor Day weekend. I won't get to stay very long, and I really hesitated on spending the money, but I decided to go anyway. I already have my ticket for Christmas time, but I'm thinking about some other dates. Of course, I have to schedule everthing around school, work, etc. I have to go the end of October also (mandatory RE class), so I may get to see my family once a month through the end of the year. That would be really great!
I haven't decided about Thanksgiving yet. You probably don't want me to even speak of the holidays! They always get here too quickly. I have actually bought 2 small gifts. Only because it was a really good bargain.
Well, time to close for now, load up my junk, and start another day.
