Mayorin' hat!
[The Mayor's been as giddy as a schoolboy all day long ever since he opened up his regain package containing his long-awaited mayorin' hat. There's something a little off about it, but he can't exactly put his finger on it. Still, though, he's just pleased as punch to have the thing back, and has been proudly strutting up and down Partridge Drive showing it off to the neighbors and anyone who happens to pass by.
And since his hat is RIDICULOUSLY HUGE with a shadow that mostly obscures his feet as he walks around, what this essentially means is that anyone who sees the Mayor out and about for the next five days will see a gigantic top hat that appears to be floating around of its own free will.]
