なお、11月を過ぎてもお手元に届かない場合は

Apparently they're going to start shipping the "Making of" DVDs in order (I guess the ones that sent the application first, get it first).
And in case someone doesn't receive their copy by November, they ask you to contact the following:
Avex marketing Ltd. Customer Support section 0120-850095 (between 11-18 o'clock, weekdays)

I'M NOT SAYING "FINALLY!!!" UNTIL AFTER I GET THE EMAIL FROM CD JAPAN!!! >3<
Anyway, since this is for the people who sent in their application, I guess it's safe to say that for the people that got it from CD Japan, or any other online merchant, you should take it out with them, in case you don't get it by November.
