Translation by excused_early:

From afar, I was just gazing at the city becoming more and more distorted
There’s no sound to be heard
Many headless dolls are laughing

Returning to the sky/cosmos
Everything, to the sky/cosmos
You, too, to the place of your birth
As you scream

As your scream stays entangled in a spiral with a flock of birds
Everything keeps disappearing

I caught the tears that spilled out
Together with their shattering noise
They rolled down my body

The twilight of Kalmia burns hotter as it blends together….

My laughter sounds comedic
The blinking of dawn is
Sweeter than anyone

The tunes of the scattering glass
Disturbed in its sleep, the cold moon screams out loud

The last prayer is the one drop of rain
Sayonara at the break of drawn is too sad for me right now

Translation by amaiakuyume @ Moon-Struck:

I was just gazing from a distance at the distorting city streets
Without a sound to be heard
many headless dolls are laughing

It's returning to the sky1
Everything to the sky
Even you, to where you were born
as you cry and scream

Your screaming voice joins a flock of little birds
In a tangled spiral, everything is vanishing

When I caught the falling tears, they ran down over my body
until I heard it beginning to crumble

The kalmia's twilight becomes so hot that it all melts together

My voice laughs, as if it were a comedy
The glimmer of dawn is kinder than anyone

Her slumber disturbed by a concerto of shattering glass2
the cold moon cries out
The last prayer is a single drop of rain
It's too sad for me now, to bid farewell at dawn

Translator's Notes:
1. The written lyrics say 宇宙(uchuu) "universe" but the sung ones are 空(sora) "sky"
2. Literally something like "Its sleep interrupted by the played (like an instrument) timbre of shattering glass". I modified this a bit to something that still sounded poetic in English.
