I have a job! Yay for earning money!!!
I'm doing admin and research for a marketing consultancy. It's not bad...it's not too far away in a nice part of town, there's only 16 people in the office, and they all seem really nice.
I'd forgotten now simultaneously hectic and time-consuming full-time jobs are. No more days of getting up late, doing some work at home, then heading into town for tea. I'm working full out, and I still don't know where the day goes!
I'm 4/5 through my first fulltime work week in a very long time, and am very tired. It doesn't help that there's a hot water tank in my room that feels the need to make loud noises all night, waking me up about every hour. Hmph.
All the same, this is good. I can't wait to have an income, and they're fairly flexible, so I should be able to use some of it to travel! Yay!! And soon I may even to be able to afford a TV license so I can catch up with the rest of the world! Yaaayyy!!
