updates

i don't ever update, but i am doing so, very quickly, right now. summer time is in full swing - the weather lately has been beyond summery for central new york - we had a few days in the mid nineties, which set records. it is set to cool down soon. i'm working at penn traffic during a normal office work schedule, and that is going relatively well. i need to focus and do more work, but there isn't a constant push to do so. when i finally have a real job, i need some sort of constant push to get things done, and lots of backburner types of things to take care of when the major things must also simply glide along for a moment. i work directly with jen, and with this girl nicole, who is also quite nice, so the situation is excellent. i also work at mark's pizzeria (the one my step-bro owns) in skaneateles, on thurs, fri, and sat evenings. this is a pretty good schedule - i work around 52 hours a week, and i have all day sunday, the day time hours on sat, friday and saturday nights after 9 and monday, tuesday, and wednesday evenings free. i've gone fishing a lot lately, and i've hung out in downtown syracuse with jen about twice per week - we often go to half price sushi night at this wonderful place called ambrosia on monday's, and then we have continued the wednesday happy hour tradition of last year as well. i need to attend more to what i'm consuming, as i need to make myself healthier. i'm not dating or seeing anyone or anything, and i have no prospects. this is interesting for me, but it is how it is, so i'm not complaining. i'm finding a way to be happy alone. of course, after i spoke with marissa last night, i wasn't so happy with being alone, but it is for the best, i'm positive.

alright, i needed to do at least a quick update, hopefully i'll return to this again soon. i wrote a lot during the first half of the belize trip that i want to put up on here, so i need to do just that eventually.
