My most recent trip to New York was alright. I wish I had more time to spend with Sarah but I guess long distance relationship is not about convenience now is it? We attempted to go to the Huntington Life Sciences protest but there wasn't more than ten people there. Total let down. Instead we walked around the park for a bit and then headed over to Brooklyn and went to an amazing vegan fast food joint. I got something called The Vegan Heart Attack. We also say Oldjoy, starring none other than Will Oldham. It was alright. It little shaky on the dialogue.
I'm becoming really bored. I know I'm not doing enough by simply living a vegan lifestyle. It makes me feel awful to of the holocaust that our non-human animal brother and sisters are going through and to know that I'm doing nothing other than watching products I eat and use.
For those of you who don't know I'm going on the road trip to end all road trips. Sarah is flying to Chicao once school is over. Then we're going to drive to Florida for Christmas and then leave onn the 27th. We are going to cut across the southern states; we'll be going through Dallas and New Orleans, etc. Then we are arriving at the Grand Canyon for a few days until we drive up the coast to hang out in the Bay Area for a few days. Then it's up to Eugene, Portand, Mt Saint Hellen ad then Washington. After that we are either driving through Yellowstone or Salt Lake City on our way back to Chicago. I can hardly wait.
A little over a week until Sarah is here for another visit.
