I am, as I said, in Minneapolis. It turns out that the Knicks were here. They played the T-Wolves on Wednesday night. The two teams are in opposite conferences, so they play only twice per season, a home-and-home series. ...in which I wonder at Midwestern ridiculousness.
Well, I'm in Minneapolis. It's a nice town, and although it's cold I have been informed that it's actually unseasonably warm for this area at this time of year. Since I'm staying with my non-smoking sister and have to go outside to enjoy a smoke, I am thankful that it's fiftyish and sunny.

Well, I'm going to Minneapolis. I'm leaving right now. Amy and I are gonna scrape this tired little town off the soles of our shoes for a few precious days, visiting my sister and her (relatively) new baby up North.
