Today's small but significant joys
Upon arriving at work this morning, and in the midst of throwing keys and bag in the general direction of my desk, something appeared different!! I had to actually stop mid-throw and then I saw it: A little box with a note of thanks and in the box was the Vogueknitting Stich-a-day 2010 day-to-day calendar! I let out a little scream of joy and ran to hug Barbara, our receptionist and much more, who was the one responsible for this precious gift.
Neil and I are going for an extra long bike ride tonight. It was one of the 2 hour long rides, we first did, but since we've mainly stuck to hour long bikerides, so it should be interesting to see if my new abilities show, especially on those evil inclines.
Marz informed me that it's a holiday next Monday. I had forgotten! Long weekend ahead!!
