Originally uploaded by OftherainI love Wednesdays. I had this Wednesday off. The fire inspector was coming to inspect our smoke detectors, etc. So I stayed home to provide admittance and also to avoid monetary penalties.
Luckily, not one but TWO parcels came for me today, while home! One from knitpicks, and one from valley yarn (which I ordered just yesterday, excellent service). From Knitpicks, I purchased three instructional books, dpns, and some sock yarn. And from Valley Yarn, I ordered some more malabrigo.
I recently finished another scarf for a coworker:
This one is called The Prismatic Scarf, and is a beautiful pattern. I was really pleased with the result. I'm currently working on a hat for my mom, I have a scarf for another coworker and one for my half-sister in queue and then it's SOCK TIME!!
