Hiya.
Main Events of Life at the Moment:
1. My gym went out of business, but this is a good thing because before they did they cut a deal with another gym nearby to transfer all memberships, at the same rates as before, to it. The new gym includes showers, computerized lockers, a sauna, and hot tub, which my old gym did not. YAY!
2. I'm currently earning C grades in Spanish and English. As today is the last day of third term, they go on my permanent record. Suck.
3. I've rediscovered the library. Browsing is so much fun!
4. I was in Our Town last Friday, Saturday, and Monday and it went extremely well. I was Joe Stoddard, the undertaker, and was only in the third and final act. So that meant at rehersals I'd get in costume and wait for hours until they got to my scene. Not fun. But I'm glad I was in it anyway, because Our Town is an excellent play.
5. Still in I Came to Your Wedding. Still playing Ellis. The rehersals are getting annoying, but the play is funny so it's all good.
6. The family computer has been down for several weeks, which explains the long absence. I steal time on the school and library computers when I can but it's not often. Sorry.
7. I'm ushering at the Conference Center for General Conference. This means a shave and haircut, but I'm down on the lowest level, closest to the General Authorities, Apostles, and First Presidency! COOL. REALLY, REALLY COOL. It also means a brand-new suit, which we picked out yesterday. Dark blue. Three button. Ventless. Slim, Italian, and way nice. Plus, new shoes. ^_^
8. Haircut is today. No school tomorrow. I love the timing. It gives me three days to get used to it.
9. Today is Grandma Dixie's ninety-first birthday. Happy Birthday! Right after my haircut all the kids are going to her condo to take her flowers.
10. Gym class sucks.
