i quit giving my cat tapwater; before assuming i'm some 'pamper the pet' freak, i just felt uneasy about giving her water that looked like it was watered down milk (blech) when it came out of the tap. we get murky spring run-off here, and since i started giving her filtered water, she hasn't thrown up once (which she'd done too many times for

well the thing is, if he goes outside hes exposed to all sorts of pollutants so not sure how much changing his water will affect him.

she's terrified of the outdoors, actually, and a totally indoor cat, because i'm very very allergic to grass and pollens, and i can't have her bringing those in to me...so actually, the water thing makes this insanely huge difference...
