Links tomorrow!
I'm going to post some cool links tomorrow. You will all enjoy them. For now, I'll rant.
My week was rather boring. Not much happened. Today we threw a poker game in my basement. The third anual Craig Tournament. I think. Anyhow, the players were Myself, Justin, Brian, Mark, Lenny, Kirkwood, Leib, Charlie, and Matt Domanick. Charlie took 1st place, and took home 30bucks, I came in 2nd and made out with 10, and Brian placed 3rd winning back his $5. All in all it was a very fun night.
Thats about it for now. Only other cool thing that happened was that I got a message on last.fm from the guitarist from Yankee Nine Niner asking me about how I heard of them since I was from the US and all. He found it cool that they have a small fan base over here and offered to mail me a 15 track disk, some demo's, some full songs...But I think thats freaking sweet. I hope he pulls through and sets me up with it as I really love the band. Speaking of good music, I recently purchased Matt Cash's solo pop-rock album Crash Down. He is the singer for Chain, which is a pretty cool band. One of Henning Pauly's projects. Thats it for now. I cannot wait for Frameshift - An Absense of Empathy to come. It's gonna be a doozy. :p
