France & His Pokemon
A 12-Track Fanmix
The way that I conceptualize France's pokemon is based upon two main factors: one, that each pokemon (or, in the case of Drifblim and Kai, pair of pokemon) is an oft-exaggerated aspect of France's personality, and, two, that France himself cannot consciously realize any of his pokemon's faults unless, of course, they're outright attacking him or other people. Marianne is France's possessiveness of those that he deems his as well as his willingness to protect them; Thérèse is France's sex drive as well as his over-abundance of such passions; David is France's desire for conquest and war and general darker pleasures; Martin is France's cheerful, teasing self that likes to get under other people's skin; Cecilia is France's latent uncertainty and thoughtfulness; and Drifblim and Kai are France's tendency towards perseverance even under duress. Eventually, France is going to be getting a Charmander, but I haven't finished conceptualizing him/her, so, unfortunately, there aren't tracks yet.
