Cañete with the armband. It's a different one from Albelda's, though. The thought that each captain would have his own armband sort of weird, but also sort of heartwarming. :O

A few words about the Clausura: 1) Ramón Diaz's San Lorenzo are going to run away with the league. I wish he were still managing River, because those were fucking good days. Pablito first got his start playing under Rrrrramón, after all. He's been gone for so many years, though, that I'm just happy to see him back in Argentina (where he belongs). 2) Gata Fernandez is also on that team, and scoring buttloads, it seems. It kind of makes me happy that "ex-River" is so well-represented on that team, but still, I wish it weren't "ex-River."
Sorry, this doesn't exactly make sense. But I'd rather San Lorenzo win the league this season than Boca or Estudiantes. So aguante Ramón, and aguante La Gata.

Belluschi hasn't been playing well lately, I guess, from the media reaction. Still, he played his part.
