so,
new stuff...i got an interactive interview with redbull m.e.t. I hope i get it, it would be totally sweet.
Not alot new with ed, he's still recovering from surgery. Apparently he was trying get out of his bed so bad that he was becoming violent so they had to strap him to his bed. Something with the annisthesia, (spelling, you know the drill).
Today was my grandpa hulls 80th birthday party. Dudes getting old. I could only stop by for about 30 min. because it was on the way to my second job after working at jimmy johns.
Ive been trying not to talk about girls in my lj, because i noticed that when i had a girl problem was about the only time i updated. But i want to put this in hurrrr. This girl ive been talking to has been really flaky recently. Normally id just write her off and forget about it but she is polite about blowing me off and seems apologetic. And of course me im just like, oh man, its totally cool buddy! Its not cool anymore. Im pritty sure she'll call me or text me tomorrow and apologize for not calling me tonight and im just not going to answer.
Im not sure if i like my job at mellow mushroom. Ive gotten really good at throwing pizza, they say i need to be a bit faster but ive improved alot. I just am not really sure about my bosses. I hear them talking alot about people behind there backs/under their breath and it makes me uncomfortable. P.S. when i say people, i mean the 15 year old servers that are inexperienced and really dont know what theyre doing. Like really harsh stuff is being said, sometimes to their face even. They talk all the time but sometimes they'll just stop talking and ill look up from whatever im doing and ill notice a fleeting jesture to me and i think theyre talking crap about me using body language when im right there.
What makes all of this worse though, you wont believe me, both of my boss's, biggest nerds ive ever met in my entire life, with out a doubt these guys take the cake. Theyre both 30 somethings that are obsessed with comics, i.e. tattoos. They sit and talk about movies based off of comics, comics, cartoons, action figures, collecting assorted comic nonsense crap. Im just going to break down and just be like, "i think you guys are being a bit harsh, dont you know what its like to be made fun of?"
