+Summer's just around the corner and I can feel it in my gut that my mom is going to stage those weekly summer outings in who-knows-where. Surprisingly, I'm not against it this time, as I am very much thrilled to get out of the house and discover life else where aside from the boring confinements of our neighborhood. That, or I'm just fervently wishing to get a life aside from the internet. A trip to Bohol or Vigan or Palawan would be nice, though.
+The Graduation Ball last Sunday was fun, fun fun. Party 2x yeah! It was a Masquerade Ball so we're all entitled to look like princesses, bitches and hoes for one night while still looking 'elusive' with our masks on. (Though, I guess we're lacking in the elusive and mysterious department since no one wore their masks throughout the evening. My 500 pesos worth of mask was just lying pretty on the table.)
I wore a cocktail dress and a shawl so I looked like a Roman whore/bimbo. But my friends said I looked like an angel if I stood next to my friends clad in all black. Parang Mara Clara lang I indulge in both perspectives, though. I felt hot that night :DDD
Still, I couldn't say the evening was worth the money. Catering food lacked in variety, and the stupid photo booth lasted for a measly hour, meaning 1/4 of the guests still hadn't taken their pictures. I didn't pay 1000 pesos for incompetent services, dammit.
Thankfully, my frustration and utter disappointment managed to quell down when my dad treated me to Shakey's the midnight after the ball. I think I shocked a few people when I went in looking all Roman whore-ish at such an ungodly hour. But at least I didn't share the same awkward moment my other friend clad in black. Apparently, she ordered her fries and caramel sundae in McDonalds looking like a hooker. That poor cash registrant...
+My dad's a little hope-killer. I thought the condominium right across my university is under my name. Turns out, he has decided to stop by every week for a sleepover ;~; I can foresee my social life: nonexistent.
